The Soothe Bell is a held item that will increase the friendship rate in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. You can purchase this held item from Delibird Presents stores in Mesagoza and Cascarrafa under General Items. There is no requirement before this item becomes available, but purchasing it will cost 5,000 Poké Dollars.
