Prince Ghassan is kidnapped by General Anahita, so Queen Thomyris tasks the Immortals to rescue him. This is when the Lost in Mount Qaf main quest begins in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. While doing this quest, you will obtain the Bow of Menolias.

To obtain this mythical item, a boss fight ensues with Erlik who is guarding a door to a hidden room where you'll find the item. Once you defeat this creature, the door behind it unlocks. Enter through it and a cutscene begins where you obtain the Bow of Menolias.

Before you get to the boss fight and the bow, there are several steps of the quest that need to be fulfilled. Explore the Citadel with the Immortals, eventually, Sargon will be on his own in search of the Prince. Move towards the east to discover Lower City, and fight off the enemies that come your way. Eventually, you'll come across the first Wak-Wak tree and a girl named Fariba. She will tell you about this special tree and give you the Eye of the Wanderer to mark all the locations of Mount Qaf on the map.

Keep moving east to encounter a strange purple orb. You'll need to destroy these orbs to reveal the path forward. A cutscene ensues after breaking the first orb and you catch a glimpse of Ghassan and Anahita. Neith appears shortly after and points out that you cannot jump high enough to destroy the purple orb, so Sargon needs to look for Menolias.

You are tasked to find Menolias in the Hycranian forest located east of the Lower City. While heading towards the forest, players will come across a new character called The Mage (you can purchase items from her) in the Haven. Going forward, you'll need to jump and slide around a lot to pass the traps located at every nook and corner. Eventually, you'll stumble on the water wheel puzzle, and solving it unlocks the door on the right. Once you enter, a fight with an undead creature ensues.

After defeating him, head east to enter the Hyrcanian Forest. Destroy the vines with the charged attack, and keep eliminating the enemies coming your way. You'll again meet Fariba and can purchase a map of the forest from her.

Follow the markers on the map to find Erlik; defeating him isn't a difficult task. Defend yourself by climbing the walls or by sliding and launching attacks from behind to eliminate him quickly. After he's down, a door will open, head inside, and you'll find the Bow of Menolias.

How to use the Bow of Menolias in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown

It's fairly easy to use the Bow of Menolias in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Once you equip the bow by picking it up, press the Triangle button (Y on Xbox, X on Switch) or right-click on the mouse to launch arrows.
