What is Riven about?

Riven is a first-person puzzle-solving adventure in which you're mostly alone in a world filled with challenging mysteries. This old-school game heavily relies on its predecessor, Myst (the original game is called Riven: The Sequel to Myst), which deeply influenced the video game industry.

While old puzzles will be even more exciting with new visuals, I'm looking forward to new mysteries. The developers have mentioned new challenges, so it's safe to say that not all puzzles will be the same this time. However, how many puzzles will be added or modified remains to be seen. Yep, this won't just be a facelift of the old game, which is excellent news if you're hungry for new challenges.
