Pumpkins in Asylum Life are hidden across all three major areas of Asylum Life: Patient Area, Guards Area, and Doctors Area. So, to collect all 20 pumpkins, you will have to swap teams multiple times. Read on to learn when you’ll have to do that and where you’ll have to go to find the pumpkins.
Pumpkin #1 Location
Go towards the central area of the map and climb up the biggest tree behind the Talent Stage. You’ll find Pumpkin #1 on top of the tree.
Pumpkin #2 Location
Start the game as a staff member (except Medical) and go towards the Sector 3 Cubic Reception. You’ll see Pumpkin #2 sitting on top of the desk.
Pumpkin #3 Location
Join the game as a staff member (except Medical) and go to the Hospital area. You’ll find Pumpkin #3 on a coffin just outside the Brain Scan room.
Pumpkin #4 Location
Go to the Laundromat and interact with the lock near the trash cans. When the door opens, go to the top left corner of The Dive area to find Pumpkin #4.
Pumpkin #5 Location
Go to the Movie Theater, and you’ll find Pumpkin #5 on top of a plant on the right side of the entrance. To find the Movie Theater, go towards the Top Donators leaderboard near the Dining Hall area.
Pumpkin #6 Location
Go to the Therapy area and enter the first room on your left (Garden). In the garden, you’ll find Pumpkin #6 behind the white chair in the corner.
Pumpkin #7 Location
Join as a Staff member (except Medical) and go to the Sector 3 Cubic Reception. From there, go down to Lower Cubic. At the end of the pathway, turn left, and you’ll find Pumpkin #7 on a chair.
Pumpkin #8 Location
Go towards the painting area and take the stairs to the right to go up. From the stairs, go right again until you see a room that has a wooden flank on its window. Go inside that room to find Pumpkin #8.
Pumpkin #9 Location
For Pumpkin #9, you have to wait for the Heist to become available. Once it is, go to the Auxiliary Armory Room and go all the way to the Staff Auxiliary Armory Gate. Once that opens, you’ll need to go through multiple doors until you reach the Secure Storage room. That’s where you’ll find Pumpkin #9.
Pumpkin #10 Location
Inside the watch tower of the patient area. You’ll have to become a Guard or a Janitor Staff member to get access to this area. Go towards the Hospital area to find the entrance to the watch tower.
Pumpkin #11 Location
Switch to a Staff Team (except Medical) and go to the Auxiliary Armory area. Go all the way down towards the Staff Auxiliary Armory entrance. To your left, you’ll see the Maintenance Access room. Enter that room, and you’ll find Pumpkin #11.
Pumpkin #12 Location
Go to the Hospital area (join as a staff member for easy access) and go inside the Brain Scan Room. Pumpkin #12 is hidden inside the machine.
Pumpkin #13 Location
Switch to medical staff and go all the way to the Geforce Room. You’ll need high-level clearance to be able to enter this room. Once inside, go behind the machine, and you’ll find Pumpkin #13.
Pumpkin #14 Location
Go to the Patient Intake building (where the gym area is). You’ll see Vending Machines on the right side. Pumpkin #14 is on top of the first Vending Machine.
Stand on the blue mat to claim the pumpkin easily.
Pumpkin #15 Location
Go to the Dining Hall area. From there, go towards the Shop, and you’ll see the kitchen entrance on your left. Go into the kitchen and head straight towards the stove to find Pumpkin #15.
Pumpkin #16 Location
Join as a staff member and go towards the Maintenance room at B1. You’ll see a witch’s cauldron, and Pumpkin #16 is inside that cauldron.
Pumpkin #17 Location
Respawn as a staff member and go towards the Orderly Shop (Ella NPC). From there, exit through the door to the right of the Orderly Shop, and you’ll see Pumpkin #17 on top of a desk (near the Most Monthly Arrests leaderboard).
Pumpkin #18 Location
Go towards the giant tree near the Talent Stage and then go to the right side of the Talent Stage to find Pumpkin #18. See the image below to easily locate this hidden pumpkin:
Pumpkin #19 Location
On top of a table in the painting area. From one of the rooms where you spawn as a Patient, walk straight out, and you’ll see the painting area and Pumpkin #19.
Pumpkin #20 Location
The last pumpkin is sitting on top of a haystack right next to the VIP Gamepass board. You can get there by going up the stairs of the dining hall area.
