The first egg is located on top of the fountain, in the center of the spawn point. It needs the Ladder prop from the inventory, which you'll need to place by the fountain to climb and get the egg.

The second egg is located above the swimming pool, on the diving board. You'll need to walk over the board to get shot up in the air and claim the egg.

You can find the first egg located near the fountain in the spawn area. You need to set your Avatar to the smallest size and use the stretcher item to drop down and retrieve the egg from under the surface. Respawn to get out.

You can find the second egg located at the Brookhaven Daycare, inside the Playhouse, located at the right corner of the room.

You can find the eighth egg by climbing the 'Brookhaven' signboard located on the outskirts in front of the mountain tunnel.

You can find the eighteenth egg on top of the Brookhaven Hospital on the roof. After climbing there, you'll have to decrease the Avatar side to 0.5 and then place a sleeping bag vertically to the egg and climb into the area.

You can find the nineteenth egg inside the Brookhaven Bank. You'll have to pick up the card on the desk, use it to access the elevator on the left, and then go downstairs. Pick up the axe to retrieve the key, and parkour through the lasers to retrieve the egg.

You can find the twentieth egg located at the base of the hill which is exactly opposite to the Brookhaven Barn.
