The Nurse May’s Remedy quest is part of the limited-time Valentine’s event in Fisch, and it sends you across the entire map to collect 10 glowing red Vials. These Vials are scattered across major islands, hidden in hard-to-reach locations and spots. So, to help you collect them all, this guide walks you through every single location so you can complete the quest quickly and unlock the next stage of Nurse May’s event.
All Vials Locations in Fisch
The 10 Vials are spread across different islands, each glowing bright red to make them visible from a distance. Some are easy pickups, while others require climbing, gliding, or exploring caves. So, here are all their exact locations.
Scoria Reach - Location #1

The first Vial is located on top of the center hilltops of Scoria Reach. Specifically, it sits on the leftmost high hill. You will need to jump and climb carefully to reach it. Without a Glider, this climb is extremely difficult. Using a Glider makes this location significantly easier.
Mushgrove - Location #2

On Mushgrove Island, head toward the elevated central area. The Vial is tucked between large stones on the raised middle platform. It is not extremely hidden but can be overlooked if you do not check between the rock formations.
Terrapin Island - Location #3
The third Vial is inside a cave beneath Terrapin Island. You can enter the cave directly with your boat. Once inside, look for a glowing red Vial sitting on top of a rock formation. This is one of the easier ones to collect.
Ancient Isle - Location #4

On Ancient Isle, reaching the Vial depends on whether you have a Glider. Without one, use the ziplines to climb up toward the giant tree at the highest hill. Near that tree, you will see a crane with wooden planks hanging from it. The Vial sits on top of those planks. With a Glider, you can reach it much faster.
Snow Cap - Location #5
The fifth Vial is on Snow Cap Island, near the frozen lake on the left end of the island. Look for a small crevice in the glacier wall covered partially with leaves. Enter the gap and follow it inward. The Vial is located at the end of the passage, next to the Lost Rod.
Roselit Bay - Location #6
At Roselit Bay, head toward the area with blue ponds. From there, parkour upward toward nearby higher ponds. The Vial is located near the edge of the island, hidden between rocks at the end of the elevated path.
Grand Reef - Location #7

This is the easiest Vial to locate. On Grand Reef, look at the ships docked around the reef. The Vial is placed on the deck of one of the ships. Its bright red glow makes it easy to spot even from a distance.
Forsaken Shores - Location #8
The Vial at Forsaken Shores sits on top of the tallest mountain peak. While navigation is simple, the climb is long. Use a Glider if possible, or carefully parkour up the mountain terrain until you reach the top. The glowing red Vial will be there at the summit.
Lost Jungle - Location #9
On Lost Jungle, head toward the center of the island. Climb up the mountain in the middle, then glide or parkour across to the left side. You will see a large mushroom with a red glow underneath it. The Vial is located beneath that glowing mushroom.
Castaway Cliffs - Location #10

The final Vial is on the eastern edge of Castaway Cliffs. Use the steam air columns to boost yourself upward to higher ground. Continue climbing until you reach the highest cliff along the edge. The glowing red object at the top is the final Vial.
Nurse Quest Completion Reward
Collecting all 10 Vials completes Part 1 of Nurse May’s Remedy questline. After turning them in, Nurse May will offer Part 2, which requires finding:
- 2 Kissing Gourami
- 2 Heart Cookies
- 1 Heart Sand Dollar
Completing Part 2 rewards you with Chocolates, which serve as the limited-time Valentine’s currency in Fisch. These can be used for event-exclusive rewards and Rods.
