You can get the Elixir of Life in Anime Astral Simulator by crafting it at the Solo City World (World 5). Open the Teleport menu and click on the crafting icon next to the Solo City to go straight to the crafting station. You’ll need four Elixir of Life Fragments to craft the Elixir of Life artifact.

How to Level Up Elixir of Life in Anime Astral Simulator
Similar to the Zanpakuto artifact, you can level up the Elixir of Life by killing enemies. Every enemy you kill, regardless of the game mode of the world, counts towards the progress of Elixir of Life leveling.
Each time you level up the Elixir of Life, the multiplier increases by 0.5x. So, go from Level 1 to Level 2 and the damage boost increases from 1.5x to 2x. The max level for Elixir of Life is Level 10. To reach that, you’ll need 215,282 total kills. At max level, the Elixir of Life artifact buffs your Damage by 6x.
