Roblox's Build A Boat For Treasure perfectly combines the creativity of building with the thrill of wave survival. Players are tasked with making the best boats they can that will carry them all the way to the treasure chest waiting for them at the very end of the river! There are endless possibilities of designs players can create––choosing to go with style over technique or simply creating a vessel for speed. However, if you really want to go for the treasure and gold, you'll want a boat that will quickly and efficiently get you through all the waves and to the last island. Here are five of the best designs that can get you there!

Most of these require specific items to build them successfully, so you might have to work your way to attaining these items first. An excellent way to do this is to complete some quests or try your hand at some codes for free items!

Helicopter Boat

The Helicopter Boat is a great choice (especially for newer players) because it doesn't require a lot of parts to build, besides the butter and hinge. You can get the butter blocks by completing the quest, Find Me. The Helicopter Boat is a speedy vessel that will quickly get you through all the waves and is relatively easy to control.

How to build the Helicopter Boat

• Place a rod for support.
• Place five bricks of your choice in a cross formation—one on the rod and two on each side.
• Place a hinge in the center.
• Position your character toward the front of the hinge, facing the water.
• Place two blocks of butter on the hinge, skimming your character's back and gluing you into place.
• Delete the support rod.

Magnet Boat

This Magnet Boat has excellent control and speed that will get you through the waves in no time. However, you need to have a pilot seat for it to work as intended. You will spin wildly out of control without one.

How to build the Magnet Boat

• Place a support rod.
• Build five wood bricks across the rod in a row.
• Place a pilot chair on the front, facing the water.
• Place a hinge in the middle of the wood pieces, behind the chair.
• Put down a magnet on the back facing toward the hinge.
• Place a brick on top of the hinge.
• Sit in the chair.
• Delete the support rod.
• Activate the magnet.

Sled Boat

This boat is called the Sled boat because of its sleek and simple structure that resembles a sled. It's a relatively easy build with great control if you have the pilot seat. You should be able to keep pressing the space bar to raise it into the air, and you can direct the boat with your usual walking controls.

How to build the Sled Boat

• Place a support rod.
• Place one wooden brick on top of the rod, five bricks extending forward in a line, and one extending behind your starting wood brick.
• Place six metal or stronger bricks on each side of your wood bricks, leaving the one back brick sticking out.
• Use two steps, or rods, facing each other on the back of your metal platforms.
• Put a wood brick between them as if they are holding it up.
• Place a magnet on your last wood piece behind, and point the magnet toward the brick being held up.
• Put a pilot chair on your wood base's edge of the metal platforms.
• Sit down in your chair.
• Delete your support rod.
• Activate your magnet.

Alternative Magnet Boat

This is another excellent magnet design that doesn't require a lot of pieces but will rely on your pilot seat. This is a super speedy option, which means it can be a little harder to control. The pilot seat is essential to help you direct it.

How to build the Alternative Magnet Boat

• Place a support rod .
• Put a titanium brick or stronger brick on top of the support rod.
• Place a pilot chair against the front of the brick facing out.
• Place two rods out of the titanium brick behind the pilot chair.
• Build a hinge right behind the first titanium brick on top of the rod.
• Place another titanium brick on the hinge.
• Put a magnet on the very end of the two rods, facing toward the hinge.
• Sit down in the seat.
• Delete the support rod.
• Activate the magnet.

Balloon Boat

The Balloon Boat is a fantastic choice for those who don't have a pilot seat. All you need are some balloons, a magnet, and a firework––items you can get from codes or from buying them in the shop. This is an easy-to-use vessel that is a little easier to control since it's not as fast. Be sure to release balloons when you are getting too high and activate them again to rise higher.

How to build the Balloon Boat

• Place a support rod down.
• Put a wooden seat on top of the rod.
• Build two wood bricks extending forward from the seat.
• Place two rods ascending up from the wood bricks.
• Place two more wood bricks on top of the rods.
• Put a titanium brick or stronger brick on the front of the wood bricks.
• Place two balloons on top of the upper wooden bricks.
• Build a magnet on the back of the wooden bricks pointing opposite your titanium brick.
• Place two rods extending out from within the magnet.
• Put a hinge on the end of the rods.
• Place a wood brick on the end of the hinge.
• Sit in the seat.
• Place a firework inside your character, sticking to the top rods above you.
• Delete your seat, and make sure you are glued to the rods.
• Delete your support rod.
• Activate your balloons and magnet.
