Blox Fruits Update 20 new servers fix (10/23/23)

• Attempted fix on regen enemies/boss battles not rewarding kills
• Sea 1 boats fix
• Sanguine FS dialogue / can't purchase fixed
• Fixed Player Hunter location dialogue
• Fixed momentary glitch of outdated sea 2 version
• Fixed Leviathan relocating outside of the border region
• The Spy NPC now only speaks when you're closer to spawning the Leviathan (max bribes will enable the event to spawn, boost lasts 1 hour).
• Fixed the big boat not spawning sometimes during the Ship Raid event.
• Increased gravity during the Leviathan battle to increase the difficulty.

New servers only:

• Fixed broken race V4 trial
• Fixed broken CDK quest
• Fixed sea events spawning on islands
• Decreased the rate of lightning strikes
• Slightly rebalanced the stacking of some events
• Fixed red barrier in the sky
• Increased the chance of Leviathan spawning
• Removed test location "Divine Gate," as well as some test NPCs
• Fixed floating chests in the sea
