The Lunar New Year event is to celebrate the beginning of a new year on the lunar calendar, and Adopt Me has added new items and currency. While the event is going on, you can collect the new currency called Shooting Stars and use it to purchase the new items in the event shop, which is a vending machine.
How to get Shooting Stars in Adopt Me Lunar Event
To get Shooting Stars in Adopt Me, you have to collect them from the map. There will be 30 new stars daily until the event is over, and you have to find them across the map daily to get them. Once you find them, just walk up to them, and your Roblox avatar will pick them up automatically.
How to get new Lunar event items in Adopt Me
To get the newer items, you have to head over to the Lunar Event’s Vending Machine located on Adoption Island. To find it, walk straight as you enter the island, and then the vending machine will be on your right side after you cross the small bridge.
Interact with the machine, and it will show you all available items to purchase. The items will change every Friday, so ensure you earn enough stars to get all the items before they are swapped with newer ones.
The only item that is going to remain throughout the event is the Gilded Snake, which costs 325 Shooting Stars, making it the most expensive item in this event. You will have to grind quite a lot daily and spend the stars wisely to save enough to get the Gilded Snake before the event is over.
