How Do You Get the Ancient Idol Rod in Fisch?
The Ancient Idol Rod is the reward for completing the first phase of Forge Master Torin's questline at Skycrest. His request is direct: collect all seven Ancient Idol Charms and bring him five Giants caught at Skycrest.
Step 1: Build Idol Favor First
Almost everything in Skycrest scales off Idol Favor. Idol trials are gated behind it, so a low level will block your Charm collection before you even reach Torin's counter. Fish the stone idol pond with a fast rod like Toxin Burst to accumulate Favor, and switch to Master Hiroto's timed angler challenges once your level can handle them.
Step 2: Collect All Seven Ancient Idol Charms
Seven stone-carved Ancient Idols are spread across Skycrest: Hayate, Ebisu, Fudo, Nagomi, Goriki, Shunsoku, and Amanojaku. Each runs its own set of trials. Clear all the trials at an idol and it hands over a Charm. The trials vary significantly, for example, Nagomi's opening trial only asks you to stand completely still for 60 seconds, while others have specific catches under difficult conditions.
NOTE: Two of the strongest Charms, the Titanic and Flash are locked behind extreme idol trials that only trigger during Tropical Squall or Raging Squall weather events. Buying a Tropical Squall Totem from Elder Kaito's weekly shop is a good way to force one when you need it.
Step 3: Catch Five Giants at Skycrest
Bring a rod with solid Resilience and Control for this. Giant fished need higher resilience and control for fishing them out. Nate's Blade is a solid choice for the heavier pulls. Five total Giants is all Torin needs from this side of the requirement.
Step 4: Turn In to Forge Master Torin
Walk into the Skycrest settlement and find Forge Master Torin. He is in town, not hidden on a cliff. Interact with him to submit all seven Charms and the five Giants. The Ancient Idol Rod appears in your inventory immediately on completion. Torin's questline continues past this point, so finishing Stage 1 does not close it out.

How Do You Get the Fruitline in Fisch?
The Fruitline comes from Fruit Lover Frank's questline at Skycrest. This is a limited-time quest as Frank's quest chain is only available for one week, so start it the day you arrive rather than waiting until after you clear the Abaia content.
Step 1: Collect 25 Tropical Fruits
Tropical Fruits are scattered around Skycrest. Walk the island and collect 25 of them to complete Frank's first task.
Step 2: Complete the Follow-Up Fishing Task
After turning in the fruits, Frank sends you on a follow-up fishing objective. Complete it and return to him.
Step 3: Summon and Catch Fruity Abaia
The final requirement is catching Fruity Abaia. This is a variant of the Abaia boss that spawns under different conditions than the standard hunt. Fruity Abaia requires sacrificing limited fish at the Fire of Spirits during Tropical Sun weather. Once summoned, land the catch to complete Frank's questline and unlock the Fruitline.

How Do You Get the Artisan Rod in Fisch?
The Artisan Rod is the easiest unlock in the Skycrest update. You can purchase it directly from Elder Kaito's shop in the Skycrest settlement. No questline or boss fight required.
Elder Kaito's inventory rotates weekly, so if the Artisan Rod is not in stock when you visit, check back the following week. The shop also stocks the Artisan Spear, Golden Fireflies, Cosmic Relics, hunt totems, and other Skycrest consumables.

How Do You Get the Line of the Skies in Fisch?
The Line of the Skies is awarded by the Keeper of the Sky for completing the Abaia hunt. This is the main endgame encounter of the Skycrest update. The Keeper's questline sends you across the old map to recover 10 Sky Crystals from Moosewood, Terrapin Island, Roslit Bay, Snowcap Island, Forsaken Shores, the Jungle, Castaway Cliffs, Ancient Isles, Northern Expedition, and Scoria Reach.

Once all 10 crystals are placed at the gate on Skycrest, it opens and Abaia's Chamber becomes accessible.
The Abaia Hunt
You can then trigger the Abaia Hunt by sacrificing caught fish at the Fire of Spirits during a Tropical Squall until the flame is large enough to summon it. Abaia does not fight immediately, you need to chase it through the subterranean outer ponds first, hooking it to strip its barrier, then face it directly inside the chamber.
Make sure you dodge its biting attack while keeping pressure on it. Defeating Abaia gives you the Line of the Skies rod, the Sky Keeper title, and an Empyrean Relic. Hold onto the Empyrean Relic as it is both a crafting ingredient for Abaia's Spite and can be traded to Forge Master Torin for the Empyrean Idol skin at Idol Favor Level 50.

How Do You Get the Breeze Caster in Fisch?
You can get the Breeze Caster from Aero's questline, which requires reaching Swiftness Charm Level 10 and travelling 1,000 studs with the Cloud Glider.
