The complete new Grow A Garden update guide is here, covering everything players need to know about the Smithing Event. Grow A Garden has weekly updates for players, and this week's is just as exciting, bringing some new seeds, pets, and more to the game for players to enjoy. The Smithing event will run from November 15 until November 22, 2025. During the event, there is also a brand-new crafting system players can use, focused on the furnace workshop.
What is the Grow A Garden Smithing Event?
The new Smithing Event in Grow a Garden is a new seasonal event that will only last a week, so players will want to participate before it's too late. With this update, players can expect new forageable tools, pets, and even decorative items. Players will also be able to combine ores, metals, and other rare materials that players can use to make powerful items that can help with growing gardens even more.

First things first, when it comes to the event, players will need to locate their Smithing Stations; these have been added to the player's garden. These stations can be found near the event area, and they will have everything players need to begin crafting different ores and materials. But it is also important that players begin collecting materials to use for these items.
During the Smithing event, players can mine for ores and obtain different materials by completing different quests, challenges, or even trading with other Grow A Garden players. These are then the ores and materials you'll use to craft and upgrade garden tools and also pets. After a player has collected enough items, they can head over to the Smithing Station and click on select recipes that can be crafted. Do note, only some recipes will be available and able to be crafted during the event. If players already have some tools, now is also the time to work on upgrading them, as it will be easier.
All Different Rewards For Smithing Event
For any players who feel confused and want some extra information about the event can get some extra help by speaking with the Blacksmith NPC, which can be found in the event area. Below is a list of the items that players can get as rewards during the event.
- Coal of any rarity (can be common, rare, legendary, or divine).
- Boosts that will boost crafting speeds by 10 seconds.
- Random crafting ingredients or a start weather event.
Treasure Digging Event For Smithing Update

Treasure digging has been in previous events before; while a little different, it still allows players to obtain some items. However, it is important to remember and know that players will only receive 10 digs a day to start with, so keeping up with this every day is very important to getting the most out of it.
Players will be able to use their 10 free digs by opening the green shop button menu and then clicking the bright yellow "dig now" button. Now, this is when the minigame itself will pop up, where players can work on collecting crates out of the dirt by digging them up, but will only have 10 opportunities before it will ask the player to purchase more.

After players get a crate, it will unlock a reward from within it that can then be used in your garden, so it is important to play every day to have the best opportunity to win the best prizes, if not all of them. Below is a list of every reward that can be received within the Treasure Digging Event Minigame
- Gem Egg
- Digging Crate
- Common Coal
- Rare Coal
- Legendary Coal
- Divine Coal
- Watering Can
- Medium Treat
