To access the Gym Gains event, you must first unlock Central Island, which requires reaching Rebirth 1 and paying 1,000,000 Cash. Once you arrive on Central Island after the update goes live, a new Gym-themed area called Planet Freshness becomes available.

Inside this area, you will find a red submission button tied to the Gym Gains event. Interacting with it adds the core mechanic of the event, which is submitting Brainrots based on their weight rather than rarity or mutation alone.

The event is available to all eligible players from January 3, 2026, and runs for one full week until January 10, 2026, giving you a limited time to complete all milestones.

The Gym Gains event is built around submitting Brainrots that fall within a specific weight range. The starting requirement is relatively low, but it scales steadily as you progress. Initially, the acceptable Brainrot weight range is between 5.5 kg and 11.5 kg.

Each successful submission increases both the minimum and maximum required weight by 0.25 kg, meaning it will increasingly ask for heavier Brainrots. You can use this to dump low-value Brainrots while also getting better ones in exchange.

There are 25 total milestones in the Gym Gains event. Each submission moves you forward by one milestone, unlocking rewards along the way. Once all milestones are completed, the entire reward track can be reset for 10,000,000 Cash, letting you to farm duplicates of event-exclusive items if you choose.
