Here is the breakdown of all classes tier list in Dead Rails, with S being the best and C being the worst.

S-Tier Classes
This is the absolute best tier and classes here are what will get you through the starting area with ease. The Alamo gets all the defensive tools to protect you from the get-go and the cost is pretty cheap compared to the Ironclad class.

However, it is best used if you are playing with friends and if such is the case, Doctor is easily an S-tier class.
