Choosing Your Faction (Fire Force, White Clad, Infernal)

Much like the show, there are different factions in Fire Force Reignition. You should proceed with the questline depending on which side you want to be on. For Fire Force, you'll want to start the police questline and continue from there.

On the other hand, you can do the crook questline and become a member of the White Clad. If you don't want to be any faction but instead want to be an Infernal, then you'll follow the Cole questline. Whatever faction you side with, ensure you continue doing their quests to level up with them.

Keep in mind that you will have to wait for the Fire Force exams in order to actually join the Faction. It would also be good to have multiple people reach the last stage with you, as the NPC battle can be a bit tricky. Especially if it ragdolls you at the start and you get killed in three hits because you can't get up.

How to Check Your Generation

Speaking of doing quests, once you hit rank 5, you can open the skill tree and check which generation of fire user you are. The generation you get will affect your abilities, curses (handsigns) and modes.

Plus, you'll have to get different items as well. For example, if you are generation 2, you'll want to get the lighter to use your abilities. Generation 1 users can use Infernal cores to power up their skills by talking to a trainer.

If you're looking to upgrade, every Generation has its own missions. To start, you'll first have to reach level 40. Once you do, you should go talk to Eugene (scientist NPC that can teleport you into the lab).

How to Level Up Fast

Leveling up is one of the most important things you can do in Fire Force Reignition. Luckily, there are multiple ways to level. The best way is to follow the main quest of your faction, as it provides ample experience. You can even complete side quests to earn more EXP. The game also features random encounters that are fun to deal with and provide EXP among other benefits.

Once you join a faction, you can use your phone to go on various missions. This is an easy way of getting EXP as the missions are usually simple and easy.

Unlock Relevant Skills

The skill tree is surprisingly massive in Fire Force Reignition. There are multiple paths you can take depending on your playstyle. If you are someone who likes to focus more on melee combat, invest in the strength skill tree.

Before you put points into a skill tree, make sure that you check out the entire tree so that you can know if it's worth putting points in.

Where to Get Good Equipment

Like any good RPG, players have the choice to get new equipment from their respective factions. If you join the Fire Force, for example, you can get new armor from them, which gives you more defense. You should also invest in new weapons so that you deal more damage.

As a new player, you should purchase the weighted vest or the weighted armbands at the warehouse NPC for more defense and attack. These are cheap items, so you won't have to gather a lot of money for them.

Talk to Trainers

There are various trainers spread across the world of Fire Force Reignition. You can talk to them to train skills, depending on what they offer. For starters, we suggest doing strength or defense training since you'll be mostly fighting melee battles at the start.

Whether you join the Fire Force or the White Clad, you can find and interact with all trainers you find. Some are easily located in the main city, while others can be found in the wilderness. Keep in mind that every trainer has a different training cost.

How to Do More Damage

Using combos is essential if you want to become stronger and deal more damage. While you can use your basic attacks for a decent amount of damage, adding in your heavy attacks and jump attacks will make your combo longer.

Add your skills to the mix and you'll be unstoppable in PvP. It is highly recommended that you learn how to guard counter because that is a useful skill that will save you from enemy combos.

If you are enjoying the game so far, make sure that you check out the Fire Force trello as well.
