To unlock more pet slots in Pet Simulator 99, you have to purchase them using diamonds. Each of the slots costs you an increasing amount of diamonds, and you can unlock more to purchase by increasing your rank in the game. To get these slots, you first have to unlock the area where the vendor who sells it is located.

The Equip More Pet vendor is in the third unlockable area in Pet Simulator 99. When you unlock this area, head over to the left side, and you will easily spot the place where you can buy more collars for your pets.
