You can catch the Rabbitfish at The Arch located to the Northeast of Moosewood. The exact coordinates of the fishing spot are (1000, 125, -1250), and make sure to fish right beneath the arc as that's where they are more likely to be caught.

As for Enchantment, I recommend using Breezed as it adds another 0.35% to your chances. Do note that Rabbitfish comes with a 20% progress speed debuff you might have to focus more on reeling.
