Be cursed with riches...

With the Halloween update 20.1, better known as the Ghost Event, we saw plenty of ghostly wonders join the game, such as the Haunted Shipwrecks and the Cursed Chests.

These chests may be cursed, but you won't want to miss out on the loot they hold. Since they are a rare spawn into the world, we have some tips on how to track them down and what you can expect to find inside.

Where to get a Cursed Chest in Blox Fruits

Thankfully, unlike a lot of other special events, the Cursed Chest can be found just about anywhere, no matter what Sea you are in, which I was glad to hear since it makes it much easier to track down. The Cursed Chests have a chance of spawning in place of any other chests every 4-6 minutes. This could mean it will spawn on top of another regular chest or in a random location close by.

When you go to open the chest, up to three enemies, either Evil Wraiths or Bone Wraiths, will spawn and must be defeated by the player. Unfortunately, only the player who opened the chest can damage these enemies, but they will scale to your level.

Best Cursed Chest Farming Spots in Blox Fruits

If you're having trouble tracking down Cursed Chests or just want the opportunity to farm the loot you get from them, the list below is a few locations recommended, no matter what Sea you are currently in. Even though the spawn is random, they have been found more often here.

  • First Sea
    • Upper Skylands
  • Second Sea
    • Ice Castle
    • Hot and Cold Raid Area
    • Forgotten Island
    • Kingdom of Rose
  • Third Sea
    • Floating Turtle
    • Castle on the Sea
    • Haunted Castle

Cursed Chest Loot Drops in Blox Fruits

Not only can you find some pretty great loot inside a Cursed Chest, but killing the enemies that spawn with them can also guarantee some amazing items that you won't want to miss out on. If you're able to farm a chest in a higher-level Sea, then you are bound to get even greater items, so I would recommend doing so if you're able. Although you may not get all these items every time, there is a potential of them dropping each time you open a chest.

  • 20-30 Bones
  • 50-125 Fragments (50% for Second and Third Sea)
  • Money
  • 4-8 Bones (From Wraiths)
  • 10 minutes of 2x EXP (From Wraiths)
  • Ghost Fruit (From Wraiths)

Keep trying to track down these ghostly chests so you can collect this epic loot. Venturing around the locations listed above and trying to find normal chests is the best way to come across them, so keep your eyes peeled and be prepared to fight some Wraiths.
