How to get a Trade License in Roblox Adopt Me

There are many items under the toy category in Adopt Me. Even though it is a common rarity, the Trade License is a less talked about toy in the game. This non-tradeable and highly useful item is one of the few toys in the Adopt Me world that is earned rather than bought. So, how do you get it?

What is a Trade License?

The Trade License is an item in Adopt Me that fits within the toy category, even though it is not just used for fun! Once you obtain it, the Trade License can be used for trading purposes. The license allows you to trade both ultra-rare and legendary pets. It also allows the player to see their trade history, which can be very useful for players. You can also use this license to report scammers!

The license is very useful for all players of Adopt Me, but there is still a test required to obtain it. This creates a good guard against those who would disrespect the trading process of Adopt Me.

How to Get a Trade License

To get the license, players must first navigate to the Safety Hub. This is the white, two-story building with gold scales on top; it sits next to the Farm and Potion Shops. Once inside, you'll find the area to take the test at the door that sits at the foot of the stairs.

You can talk to the Agent NPC at the door. He'll give you a rundown on the Trade License, which may be helpful if you have forgotten something. Once you get through the door, you'll walk down the hallway and see another agent. He'll give you a few more basic pointers and check if you are ready to take the test. If you accept, he'll move out of the way. You'll be given a scenario to watch. After, you decide whether this is a scam or safe to trade.

If you answer all three scenarios correctly, you'll be lead into an open courtyard. If you didn't pass, don't worry because you can take the test as many times as you need to. If you passed, you'll get your license! Walk forward and hit E to claim your Trade License.
