Reaching Mastery Level 75 alone does not unlock Shining Sea of Glowing Branches. To activate it, you need to speak with Hakaze inside Jujutsu Tech and hand over 10 Domain Shards. Only after completing that exchange does the Domain Expansion become available to use in combat.

Domain Shards drop from the Forest of Ruin Raid at a 35% rate on Nightmare difficulty, making it efficient to farm them during the same Nightmare runs you are already doing for Cursed Root.
