Where to find Portal Hardeners in Anime Defenders
You must complete Challenges in the Athenyx realm to get Portal Hardeners in Anime Defenders. While getting them this way depends on the rewards available, you can always get Portal Hardeners via the Athenyx Battlepass. On the free Battlepass, you get eight Portal Hardeners on level 8 and 10 on level 19. On premium Athenyx Battlepass, you'll get 10 Portal Hardeners on level 8 and 20 on level 19.
You can also trade for hardeners if other players want to sell them. There's always a chance that you'll get some for free via Anime Defenders codes, but that depends on what developers choose to give out.
How to get Hardened Portal in Anime Defenders - Roblox
To get a hardened portal, you must craft it by combining a portal with multiple Portal Hardender items. The number of items depends on the portal rarity. For example, for the Golden Knight Portal (Mythic Hardened), you need x1 Curse Mythic Portal and x5 Portal Hardeners.
What is Portal Hardener in Anime Defenders?
Portal Hardeners are crafting items in Anime Defenders. You need Portal Hardeners to harden your portal via crafting. By doing that, your upgraded portal will drop another portal of the same rarity (duplicate) to allow you to try again to get a unit of the portal's rarity. This way, you can use the portal to get, for example, a unit of Secret rarity.
