How to get Umbra Mastery in A Universal Time

The reworked Umbra is extremely powerful in A Universal Time, and to take it to the next level, you have to earn its mastery to unlock newer moves. However, getting Umbra Mastery is unlike mastering the other fighting styles, which is why, in this guide, I will teach you how to get it in AUT.

How to earn Umbra Mastery in AUT

To get Umbra Mastery in A Universal Time, you have to defeat a boss called The Sovereign. The criteria for defeating this boss is that you have to deal at least 10% damage when fighting him with other players, which guarantees that you get 25 to 50 Umbra Mastery points.

Defeating The Sovereign is part of the grind for obtaining Umbra, but if you have forgotten his location, then he spawns at the boss spawn area in Realm of the Forgotten every 30 minutes. To reach there, you have to head over to the soccer field on the left side of the city centre, where you have the waterfall.

Once you are there, head towards the left side and climb the mountains, where you will see a cave. Inside the cave, use the Sword to teleport to the Realm of the Forgotten and here, you will see the area where bosses spawn. If The Sovereign boss is there, deal 10% damage and defeat him to get Umbra Mastery.

All Umbra Mastery levels and unlocks

To unlock mastery levels 1 to 5, you will need to get 100 Umbra Mastery points for each level and from levels 5 to 12, you will need 200 mastery points for each level. Here is what each mastery level will get you.
