There is only one way to recover your Roblox account, and it's not going to be quick or easy. If you don’t have an email or phone number linked to your account, you’ll have to go through Roblox Support and prove that you’re the rightful owner.

If you don’t have enough proof that the account belongs to you, there’s a high chance you won’t get it back. Even if you provide details, Roblox Support might still deny your request. That’s why you need to be as detailed as possible when submitting your request.

How to Recover a Roblox Account Without an Email or Phone Number

If you don’t have access to your email or phone number, your only option is to contact Roblox Support. Here’s exactly how to do it.

1. Go to the Roblox Support Page

• Open a web browser and go to the Roblox Support website.
• Scroll down until you see "Contact Us", then select "Support Form".

2. Fill Out the Support Form

• Enter your username (the one linked to your lost account).
• Use a working email address (it doesn’t have to be the one on your account, just one you can check for replies).
• Under Issue Details, select:
• "Account Hacked or Can't Log In" as the category.
• "Forgot Password" or "Email or Phone Number Issues" as the subcategory.

3. Provide as Much Information as Possible

This is the most important step. Roblox needs proof that the account belongs to you. The more details you give, the better your chances of recovery, so put all the following information in the "Description of issue" text box.

Include:

• Your Roblox username.
• The approximate date you created the account.
• Any previous passwords you remember using.
• Payment details (if you made any purchases, include the last four digits of the card used or transaction details from PayPal).
• Game history (which games you played the most or any games you created).
• Robux balance (if you remember how much you had).
• Friends on your account (mention usernames of people on your friends list).
• Items you owned (any limited items, accessories, or game passes you purchased).

How Long Does Roblox Support Take to Respond?

Roblox Support usually responds within 1-2 days, but sometimes it takes longer if they’re handling a lot of requests. Check your email regularly (including spam/junk folders) for their reply. If you don’t hear back after a few days, submit another request or reply to their previous email to follow up, but ideally don't do this unless you don't hear back for a week or so.
