If you're a fan of rhythm music minigames like me, you're going to love how you can obtain your handsign, but it will require a bit of progression too. Here are all the steps to get one ASAP!

The first step to getting your handsign is to track down the NPC Hendrix in the City. He will give you the initial quest, but you'll need to be at least rank/level 25. Just select the "Sure" option in his dialogue to start. For his quest, you'll need to find the correct Boom Box hidden around the City.

All Boom Box locations in Fire Force Online

There are eight different spots for Boom Boxes around the City. Each plays a different song and can be found in their music and colorful music notes. Clicking on the Boom Box will reveal whether or not it is the correct one. If it isn't correct, you'll need to head to a different location and try a new one.

These are all the possible locations for Boom Boxes:

  1. In the City center park, right beside Jackson
  2. Behind Wrath at the fast travel station
  3. Near the dumpster behind Thales
  4. Near the Crook in the Slums
  5. Across from Seer in the X building
  6. In the Fitness area
  7. In the Clothing Shop
  8. On the Parking Garage roof

Once you find the correct Boom Box, you can return to Hendrix. He will inform you that you are now in sync. This will allow you to continue on to the second step of getting your handsign.

Speak to Wrath at the fast travel station and have him take you to Asakusa. You will find the second dancing NPC you need to speak to, Fresh. Fresh will require you to beat him at Karaoke to receive your handsign, but you'll first need to be rank/level 45.

Karaoke works just like the Funky Friday rhythm games where you'll need to press the correct directional arrow as they line up at the right times to earn points. All you need to do to win is to earn more points than Fresh. This may take a few tries to do, but stay vigilant. You'll get it eventually!

After completing the Karaoke minigame, you'll get your handsign as a reward. You can activate your handsign by using the R key on your keyboard. There are several different handsigns that are given at random, like other abilities you receive. However, you will most likely be able to respin it with tokens or Robux if you'd like to try for a different one.

If you aren't at the right levels yet to finish these tasks and get your handsign, keep completing small side quests around the City to boost your XP and level up as quickly as possible. You'll get there in no time!
