- On the first island (Stonewake's Cross), enter the Cave.
- Once the railway line ends (where the NPC quest givers are), turn right.
- You’ll need to defeat a few low-level zombies along the way.
- From there, the path splits into several directions - take the middle one.
- You’ll spot a massive portcullis (an iron grid gate) locked with a padlock.
- Use the Unknown Key to unlock the gate.
- Enter the room.

What's Inside the Fallen Angel's Cave?
Unfortunately, there are no free rewards inside. Instead, you’ll find the Arcane Pickaxe, one of the most powerful (and most expensive) pickaxes in the game.
