Did you have fun playing the Roblox Mega Hunt event and want to see more? Well, there might be a new event in in the works. Considering May has arrived, many are speculating that it could be the iconic Roblox Classic event incoming.
Roblox Presents, the group that has hosted many of the previous official Roblox events (including the recent Mega Hunt hub), has created a Testbed experience on April 30, 2025. If you've joined the Mega Hunt, you might have noticed that many of the games that participated created separate experiences. They were all vaguely named like this one and the biggest clues that they were part of the event was just the fact that they existed at all.
The biggest hint that there is an official event incoming on Roblox is the fact that the Testbed exists. But what could the event be? Last year in May saw the Classic event. If we are going by the experience so far this year with the Mega-fied Hunt, we could expect to see Roblox Classic Mega Edition in May. With an increasing number of concurrent players on the Roblox platform each month, it stands to reason that all of the previous Roblox events could get a Mega upgrade.
Other than the vague server, however, we have no official confirmation from Roblox themselves on what the event could be. Some fans are hoping for the Mega Classic (like me), but some are also calling for a new event instead of a repeat (also me, I'm easy to please).
Whether it's a totally new event or a new take on a Classic (pun intended), we can definitely expect something big. I'm sure plenty of people are hoping that we see another huge cash reward for this upcoming event as well. The thrill of completing another section of the Hunt and waiting for a new section to open just for a chance to compete for the Grand Prize was extremely fun. I totally failed, but it was fun in any case.
