Yes, a crystal can get multiple mutations in Mine a Mountain. But the only combo is one natural mutation and the Radioactive mutation. So, if a crystal has a Thunder mutation, the only other mutation it can get is the Radioactive mutation. The double mutation will stack multiplicatively (Mutation 1 x Mutation 2).
Mutation bombs can be purchased from the Bomb Shop at the Base. The Bomb Shop restocks every few minutes and only gets a limited number of bombs every time.
