All Beaks Controls

To catch birds in Beaks, you'll need to shoot them down with your rifle. The rarer the bird, the more HP it will have and the more hits you'll need to land to take it down. You can also toggle aim-assist from the settings menu (click on the cog wheel in the top left). Anyway, here is the list of all shooting, movement, and other controls in Beaks:

How Darts Work in Beaks, Where to Get Them, and Best Darts to Use

Darts are expendable ammunition you can use to enhance your rifle's power and can also apply certain mutations to the bird. If a dart has a mutation chance, each time you hit a birt with that dart, it will have a chance to apply the mutation. Once you've applied a mutation, you can switch to Default Darts and finish off the bird.

You can buy Darts in bulk from Dartsmiths at each of the main camps in major areas. Darts are expended with each shot, except for the Default Dart, which you'll always have an infinite amount of. Here are the best darts you can use in Beaks and where you can buy them:

Best Locations to Farm Money & EXP

The best place to farm both money and EXP in Beaks right now is Mount Beaks. Here, you have plenty of slow-moving birds that all reward good EXP and cash. Plus, because they are slow-moving, you can use mutation darts to make them even more valuable. However, make sure to climb up a tree or a hill, as shooting from the ground is really hard.

Best Equipment & How to Get It

The only important piece of gear you absolutely need to get in Beaks right now is the Glider, which allows you to navigate the map much quicker. You can buy the Glider on Mount Beaks. To reach its location, follow the Pinewood River behind the bushes on the top part of Mount Beaks. All other gear, such as Night Vision, Thermal Vision, Binoculars, etc., are not worth it.

Quest NPCs & Progression Tips

There are plenty of quest NPCs you can find spread around the Beaks map. Each quest NPC will give you a task to complete and reward you with EXP and money once you do. You can have multiple quests accepted and can finish them all at once. Generally, it's always good to accept a quest whenever you find an NPC.

General Beaks Gameplay Tips & Tricks

  • Sell birds at the Bird Collectors in each major area's main camp.
  • Buy rifles and darts from Gunsmiths and Dartsmiths in each major area's main camp.
  • Use mutation darts to make Special Golden birds even more valuable.
  • Use darts only on the rarest birds.
  • Don't buy darts until you get an end-game rifle. It's a waste of resources.
  • Don't waste money on other equipment except the Glider. Use it to get around the map quickly.
  • Don't wait for mutated birds to spawn. Keep shooting and switch targets when a good one pops up.
  • Accept quests from NPCs and finish them to get a lot of EXP quickly.
  • Talk to campers to change your spawn location.
  • Climb on trees and watch towers to make shooting at high-flying birds easier.

Beaks Roblox FAQ

What Gamepasses Are Worth Buying in Beaks?

The only gamepass that you might want to buy is the Double XP one, but even without it, progression is quite fast. All others are just not worth it.

Can You Play Beaks on Mobile/Console?

Yes, you can play Beaks both on mobile and console, though the controls are a bit clunky. Be sure to enable aim-assist in the settings for a more enjoyable experience.

Some Birds From the Bestiary Are Missing. How Do I Catch Them?

Some birds are bugged, so you won't be able to catch them. Check out our Beaks bestiary guide for more information on all the birds.

And that does it for our ultimate Beaks Roblox beginner's guide! Now that you know where to farm, with what guns, and how the progression in general works, it's time you hop in and start shooting some birds!
