The Inverted Spear of Heaven is a Legendary sword in Rogue Piece that you can purchase from the Inverted Spear of Heaven Seller NPC. You can find the Inverted Spear of Heaven Seller NPC at Forge Isle, standing across from the Blacksmith NPC. To get the Inverted Spear of Heaven, you’ll need the following items:

How to Spawn the Toji Boss in Rogue Piece
Toji the Sorcerer Killer boss does not have any specific spawn NPC or requirements. Instead, the Toji Boss in Rogue Piece spawns every 10 minutes on the Jujutsu High School Island. He spawns in the same location as the Yuta Boss.
Both the Toji and Yuta Bosses will spawn one after the other. If you see the Yuta Boss on the map right now, the Toji Boss will spawn once the Yuta Boss gets defeated or despawns.
