Where is the Authenticator in Storage Hunters Open World
The Authenticator NPC is found inside the Authenticator Building that is near the Famryard area. If you can’t spot it, click on the Navigate button in the top-right corner of your screen, scroll down and find the Authenticator, and click on it to start the navigation. Then, simply follow the blue line to find the Authenticator Building and the Authenticator NPC.
Once you’re there, simply interact with the NPC to authenticate any of your accessories in exchange for a Certificate of Authenticity.

How to Get Certificate of Authenticity in Storage Hunters Open World
You can get a Certificate of Authenticity by winning auctions and opening the containers. Since these certificates are universal items, you can get them by winning auctions in any of the areas.
There are two types of Certificates of Authenticity that you can get from winning auctions: Wooden and Premium. They have different sale values but don’t affect the authentication process.
Pro Tip: Do not sell the Certificates of Authenticity. These are highly rare and better used for authenticating your best accessories.
What Does Authenticating Do in Storage Hunters Open World
Authenticating an accessory will add a Bonus Stat or an Exclusive Stat to add a permanent boost to it. Once you have a Certificate of Authenticity, go to the Authenticator NPC to get your accessory authenticated. Below are all the possible Bonus and Exclusive Stats that you can get on your accessory after authentication.
All Accessory Authentication Bonus Stats
When you authenticate an accessory, there’s a high chance that it will reroll or add one of the following Bonus Stats to it.

| Tip Chance | Increases your chances of getting tips from customers. |
| NPC Offers Bonus | Customers make better and more offers. |
| Walkspeed | Increases your walkspeed. |
All Accessory Authentication Exclusive Stats
When you authenticate an accessory, there’s a small chance that it will get an Exclusive Stat. These stats can only be obtained from the Authenticator. The table below shows all the possible Exclusive Stats and their effects:

| Focused Can only be applied to Back Accessories | Boosts the best/strongest stat of the accessory. |
| Time Keeper Can only be applied to Wrist Accessories | Using an accessory with this stat reduces the time between free Time Capsule rolls. |
| Connected Can only be applied to Wrist Accessories | Using an accessory with this stat gives extra luck to friends in the server. |
The Authenticator in Storage Hunters Open World is a permanent NPC that you can access whenever you want. You can also re-authenticate an accessory if you don’t like the stat that you got the first time. Re-authenticating will replace the previous stat with a different one. There’s also a chance that it can reroll the same one again.
