Since there is quite a large number of both Skills and Perks inside Super Bomb Survival, dedicated tier lists will greatly aid you in distinguishing which ones you should be going for and which ones you should completely avoid. To that end, we have created these detailed Skills & Perks tier lists, so make sure to stick around!
You can find the full list of all currently available skills inside Super Bomb Survival, ranked based on how well they function within the game environment. Keep in mind that there are no F-tier skills, since all of them offer at least some benefit. You must also bear in mind that the skill prices are not fixed, but rather vary depending on how many skills you have purchased from the same category. The more of them you own, the more expensive they become! The initial prices for them start at 2500 Credits or 100 Gems. With that said, feel free to explore the tier list and select the skill that best suits the way you prefer playing the game.

Movement
Free (starter skill)
A free, reliable way to gain vertical mobility and get out of a tough spot.
Super Dash
Movement
Variable
Fast, instantaneous horizontal movement that is almost always useful.
Warp
Movement
Variable
An amazing emergency escape skill that returns you to a previously chosen location far away from harm's way
Bubble Ride
Movement
Variable
A great means of movement when you are airborne. Especially great if chaos is going on on the ground
Hover
Movement
Variable
Same as Bubble Ride, but you are only hovering in the air, though it lasts significantly longer which still lands it in S tier
Dive
Movement
Variable
A fantastic way of quickly changing your elevation and escaping potential danger
Heal
Defensive
Variable
One-button instant health restoration. Cannot get much better than that
Forcefield
Defensive
Variable
This skill works much like a panic button. Are you surrounded by plenty of players and/or are about to be hit? Simply activate this skill and negate all forms of damage!
Healing Pulse
Defensive
Variable
Same effects as Heal, affects your entire team, although slightly less than regular Heal
Bubble Barrier
Defensive
Variable
An ever so slightly lesser version of the Forcefield, this one only keeps out the bombs, but still good enough to land in S tier.
Blast Force
Defensive
Variable
Allows you to create breathing room for yourself by blasting away players and bombs alike!
Disarm
Defensive
Variable
Nullifies all nearby bombs, which is always cool. Lands in S-tier for the same reason Bubble Barrier does.
Cold Snap
Offensive
Variable
Freezes everything within your vicinity, allowing you to either escape to safety or set up kills.
Freeze Staff
Offensive
195 Gems (Winter Pack)
A ranged version of the effects from Cold Snap; this one, however, needs to be aimed and can be dodged, but is still very useful.
Ice Meteor
Offensive
Variable
Very similar to Freeze Staff in terms of how it's used, but summons a meteor instead.
Self - Destruct
Offensive
Variable
Explode yourself, sacrificing a bit of HP in the process, but create a massive explosion that launches opponents and heavily ragdolls them.
Storm Cloud
Offensive
95 Gems (Nature's Fury Pack)
Basically a supercharged version of Thunderbolt, which lands it an easy S tier.
Smack
Offensive
Variable
Instantaneous, short range slap with a short cooldown that knocks back and ragdolls enemies, messing up their game along the way.

Spring
Movement
Variable
Creates a spring that provides a fast way of going up, but not as fast as S-tier options
Truss
Movement
Variable
A good, but again, not instantaneous, way to climb up.
Ice Tower
Movement
195 Gems (Winter Pack)
A winter variant of the Truss.
Stun Blast
Defensive
Variable
Gives you an opening by stunning nearby foes.
Super Magnet
Defensive
Variable
Provides great utility and the ability to collect resources and change player positions, though does not provide instantaneous protection like some S-tier skills.
Black Hole
Defensive
Variable
Basically the same as the Super Magnet
Gravity Pulse
Defensive
Variable
Disables the ability to jump for other players. Nice and simple, though better options exist.
Shock Mine
Offensive
Variable
Place a mine that stuns anyone who touches it and nearby terrain once it gets set off. Good for crowd control and planning escape routes.
Thunderbolt
Offensive
Variable
Strike a target with lightning, damaging and ragdolling anyone who gets caught in it!
Mini Nuke
Offensive
Variable
Spawns a Nuke that causes multiple high-damage explosions, but takes a very long time to get charged up.
Fire Meteor
Offensive
Variable
Unlike the Ice Meteor, this one only does damage and gives no status effects.
BOO!!
Offensive
195 Gems (Spooky Pack)
Frightens nearby opponents, which instantly ragdolls them. Slightly worse version of Blast Force.
Toxic Strike
Offensive
Variable
Deals damage over time and forces any opponent who passes through the mist to ragdoll constantly.
Bass Blaster
Offensive
Variable
Emits heavy shockwaves that launch nearby opponents off platforms.
Poison Mine
Offensive
Variable
Similar effects to Toxic Strike, this time in the form of a mine.
Tornado Mine
Offensive
95 Gems (Nature's Fury Pack)
Another mine; this one will launch enemies very high above if they trigger it.
Tornado Bomb
Offensive
95 Gems (Nature's Fury Pack)
Throw a bomb that blasts your foes skywards! Both fun and useful, though it can be dodged.
Earth Bomb
Offensive
Variable
A bomb that creates absolute chaos because it explodes into columns of lava, but can be dodged.
Magic Dice
Special
60 Gems
Extremely flexible because it can give access to different skills, but randomness prevents consistent S-tier value.

Pickaxe
Movement
Variable
Allows you to manipulate treacherous terrain, but is not instantaneous and requires prep work.
Platform
Movement
Variable
Creates a platform to stand on and escape from danger. Good option, but better movement skills exist.
Heart Flower
Defensive
95 Gems
Provides healing useful for sustained survival, but it isn't instantaneous like Heal, since the flower takes time to grow.
Freeze Mine
Defensive
Variable
Provides good crowd control, but is the worst version out of all mines.
Trip Pulse
Defensive
Variable
Allows you to knock over enemies, but can easily miss.
Confusion
Defensive
Variable
A blast that temporarily prevents players from using their skills. Good for crowd control, but better options exist, since the opponent can still move freely.
Airstrike
Offensive
Variable
Summons a large missile to strike your position. Useful if you want to get rid of pesky melee attackers.
Piano Drop
Offensive
Variable
Drops a piano on your designated target, dealing 45 damage. It provides no other abilities, so it lands in B tier.
Fireball
Offensive
Variable
Summons a hovering fireball that burns all opponents. Very good for area denial, though it doesn't do much else.
Bear Trap
Offensive
Variable
Place it down and wait for someone to get snared, making him a sitting duck for everyone around.
Homing Missile
Offensive
Variable
Summons a missile that will track an opponent, but can easily be dodged by using movement skills.
Super Bomb Egg
Offensive
Variable
Launches a wobbly egg that damages if it hits an enemy.
Ink Blast
Offensive
Variable
A very niche ability that only obscures the target's vision and does nothing else.
Soccer Bomb
Offensive
Variable
A basic bomb you can kick.
Foorbomb
Offensive
Variable
Same concept as the soccer bomb, nothing fancy.
Stealth Mine
Offensive
Variable
Place a mine that is difficult to see, and detonate it when you desire. Useful for crowd control, but better options do exist.
Duck Bomb
Offensive
Awarded from the Duck Slap badge.
Throws a duck bomb that explodes on contact.
Randomizer
Special
Free - gets unlocked automatically once you unlock any other 5 skills
Fun and potentially powerful, but the lack of control makes it unreliable when you need a particular ability, which puts it in B tier.
C - Tier Mediocre Skills

Spooky Jump
Mobility
25 Candies / 20 Gems
Jump and create a small explosion. The jump is nowhere near the size of Super Jump, which lands this one in C tier. Useful only when youare being chased.
Gift Wrap
Defensive
195 Gems
A trolling ability that exists largely just to mess around. While not useless, since you can also gift bombs, it takes up a valuable skill slot
Drumsticks
Defensive
Bloxgiving Gamepass Exclusive
Heals your friends. A worse version of the Healing Pulse.
Spicy Turkey
Defensive
Bloxgiving Gamepass Exclusive
A turkey that can be kicked around that deals small damage when someone touches it. Easy to avoid and exists solely for giggles.

Applies a random status effect to anyone who gets hit, which makes it unreliable.
Smiler
Offensive
Variable
Spawns a slow distractor entity that deals no direct damage and is easy to avoid.
Banana
Offensive
Variable
Works like a mine, but is very obvious and only trips foes who touch it.
Bubble Wand

Caltrops

Throws down spikes that slightly damage anyone who passes through them. Easy to avoid; much better options exist.
Cursed Pizza
Defensive
Variable
Very, very obvious to see through. Does stun and poison if someone is dumb enough to pick it up
Fake Coin
Defensive
Variable
Drops a coin that is actually a bomb. More a source of trolling than anything else
Candy Corn
Movement
30 Gems (Spooky Shop Only)
Provides a low speed and jump boost when eaten, which is better than nothing.
Pumpkin Bomb
Offensive
25 Gems (Spooky Shop Only)
Hides and explodes, but only after a whopping 10 seconds! Largely useless for anything except messing around
All Perks Tier List in Super Bomb Survival
You can find the full list of all perks in the game, ranked from best to worst. However, unlike skills, perks have set prices and are much less confusing. This time around, however, no F or D perks exist, since I think that all of them exceed the "bad" requirement they would have to fulfill. Keep reading to find out more!
S - Tier Meta Perks in Super Bomb Survival
Perk
Price
Details
Panic Shield
900 Credits / 7 Gems
Possibly the best emergency perk that is very cheap. Taking damage immediately gives you a temporary force field, letting you escape any tough situation.
Last Chance
900 Credits / 7 Gems
Saves you from one hit that would otherwise be fatal and leaves you at 5 HP, giving you a chance to escape and heal. Extremely valuable in tense rounds, and cheap to boot.
Quick Charge
5,000 Credits / 25 Gems
Faster skill cooldowns are useful with virtually every build. This perk provides consistent value rather than requiring a particular setup. Very expensive, though.
Speed Runner
1,000 Credits / 8 Gems
Permanent movement speed is incredibly valuable in SBS, doubly so for such a low price. Faster movement improves dodging, positioning, and escaping tricky situations, so this one is easily landing in S tier as well.
Unshakeable
700 Credits / 5 Gems
It goes without saying that immunity to ragdoll is extremely useful because being knocked down is very common.
Foolhardy
1,000 Credits / 8 Gems
While it does not prevent immunity to Freeze or Trip, immunity to every other status effect is always good. Basically a supercharged version of Unshakable.
Double Jump
15,000 Credits / 200 Gems
Excellent mobility that works with practically any skill.
Air Dash
30,000 Credits / 200 Gems
Fantastic aerial mobility and especially strong when combined with aerial skills such as Hover.
Anti-Freeze
2,500 Credits / 10 Gems
Freeze immunity is already valuable, but ice explosions also increase your maximum HP, making this particularly strong on maps or events with lots of ice hazards.
Regeneration
9,000 Credits / 40 Gems
This perk gives reliable passive healing whenever you avoid taking damage for long enough. Excellent for recovering between different engagements.
Overcharge
30,000 Credits / 300 Gems
Particularly powerful when paired with an already strong skill since this perk supercharges it, although needing a Soda afterward is a significant downside, as well as its crazy price.
A - Tier Excellent Perks in Super Bomb Survival
Perk
Price

Tactician
500 Credits / 3 Gems
Excellent information perk. Seeing other players' equipment and collectibles through walls provides a surprising amount of utility for its minuscule price.
Unseen
5,000 Credits / 30 Gems
Prevents homing rockets from targeting you. Extremely useful in those situations.
Heavyweight
800 Credits / 6 Gems
Greatly reduces how much bombs knock you around. Staying in control of your character is extremely important in SBS.
Tough Cookie
1,500 Credits / 9 Gems
A straight-up +25 max HP with no major downsides. Simple, reliable and works with every build.
Tank
1,500 Credits / 10 Gems
+50 max HP is enormous, but the movement-speed penalty keeps it slightly below Tough Cookie. Can thrive if paired with movement skills.
Fireproof
10,000 Credits / 50 Gems
Completely protects against hot parts and reduces lava damage. Incredible in lava-heavy situations, but relatively niche overall.
Gas Mask
2,500 Credits / 10 Gems
Turns poison clouds from a hazard into a source of healing. Amazing when poison is present, but obviously less useful when it is not.
Crystal Wings
50,000 Credits / 550 Gems
Provides very good aerial mobility and speed. The downside is taking 10 damage when the wings break, so this perk is less reliable than other mobility perks.
Aurora Wings
80,000 Credits / 750 Gems
Arguably the strongest Wings for pure airtime, but taking 20 damage and being frozen once they are broken is a serious drawback. Pair this with Anti-Freeze for maximum effect.
B - Tier Decent Perks in Super Bomb Survival
Perk
Price
Details
Featherfall
6,000 Credits / 18 Gems
Slower falling and a slight jump boost are useful, especially with Wing perks, but it does not provide as much direct survival value as the S-tier mobility perks.
High Jumper
5,000 Credits / 25 Gems
A less versatile version of Air Dash and Double Jump.
Second Wind
800 Credits / 6 Gems
Automatically heals 40 HP during the final 30 seconds of the game. Very cheap and useful, but waiting until the end of the round to get its desired effect limits its consistency.
Big Saver
800 Credits / 6 Gems
Coins become a source of healing, which can provide a lot of sustain if you are actively collecting them.
Shock Absorb
3,000 Credits / 20 Gems
Electrical explosions can recharge your skill cooldown instead of damaging you. Potentially fantastic, but completely dependent on encountering electrical hazards.
Expert's Touch
6,000 Credits / 40 Gems
Prevents touch-sensitive explosives from activating when you touch them. Very useful for avoiding accidental explosions, but altogether situational.
Pizza Lover
600 Credits / 3 Gems
Doubles the HP gained from Pizza and lets you eat Cursed Pizzas. Extremely cheap, but extremely niche.
Bomb Vision
300 Credits / 2 Gems
Lets you see bombs through walls. Gives excellent awareness for an absurdly low price, but it doesn't directly improve your movement or survivability.
C - Tier Mediocre Perks
Perk
Price
Details
Hallow Wings
660 Candies / 660 Gems
A cheaper Wings option, but slower and weaker than Crystal/Aurora Wings while still punishing you when damaged.
Treasurer
800 Credits / 5 Gems
Seeing coins through terrain is convenient, but it is primarily an economy/collection perk rather than one that positively affects the main gameplay elements, such as movement.
Randomizer
Own 5 Perks
Gives you a random perk at the beginning of each round. Admittedly, it can produce something brilliant, but you lose control over your build.
