S-Tier
| Class Name | Abilities | Pros & Cons |
|---|---|---|
![]() Necromancer (Legendary) | Soul Harvester (Epic) Instant use. Harvests souls from nearby zombie corpses. Souls are used to raise the undead Raise Undead (Epic) Instant use. Consumes souls to summon zombie minions that fight for you Death Nova (Epic) Instant use. Detonates all your zombie minions, dealing massive area damage per minion | + The class that scales best in the entire game, due to the unique ability to resurrect zombies and explode them for massive AoE (later waves have more zombies, and more zombies = more damage) + Good solo and in a team - Requires good positioning and timing |
![]() Bastion (Legendary) | Bunker (Rare) Placeable fortress shelter. Players inside become invincible, regenerate HP, and gain a damage boost Laser Turret (Epic) Placeable laser turret. Auto-tracks zombies, fires red lasers fast and at range Drone (Epic) Hovering combat drone. Auto-shoots zombies and soaks up damage for you. Equip more for a deadly swarm | + Best defensive class + Really good at holding a position + Team-wide utility with the placeable bunker + Scales really well with spammable drones |
A-Tier
| Class Name | Abilities | Pros & Cons |
|---|---|---|
![]() Medic (Uncommon) | StimShot (Uncommon) Instant use. Boosts attack speed and movement speed by 50% at the cost of some health Mending Tower (Rare) Placeable healing tower. Continuously heals all nearby structures within its radius Healing Station (Rare) Placeable healing station. Continuously heals players standing within its radius | + Good team utility + Really good to combo with other defensive turret classes + Has self-damage and speed boost at the cost of some health - C Tier solo, really needs teammates to shine |
![]() Tactician (Epic) | Vanguard Turret (Epic) Placeable heavy turret. Targets the strongest zombie with high single-target damage Spikes (Uncommon) Placeable spike trap. Periodically extends spikes from the ground to damage nearby zombies Steel Barricade (Rare) Placeable steel barricade. Boosts gun damage and makes shots pierce through zombies for a short duration. Sonar Ping (Uncommon) Instant use. Sends a sonar pulse outward, marking nearby zombies. Marked zombies take bonus damage from all gun shots | + Excluding the necromancer, the highest damage potential with Deadeye and Sonar ping - If you are solo, you will have to move a lot due to having no defensive utility |
B-Tier
| Class Name | Abilities | Pros & Cons |
|---|---|---|
![]() Demolitionist (Epic) | StimShot (Uncommon) Instant use. Boosts attack speed and movement speed by 50% at the cost of some health Shockwave Bomb (Epic) Placeable trap. ![]() Engineer (Rare) | Flame-Turret (Rare) Placeable turret. Sprays fire in a cone, burning multiple zombies at once Auto Turret (Rare) Placeable turret. Automatically targets and shoots nearby zombies Steel Barricade (Rare) Placeable steel barricade. Much higher health than normal barricades | + Good for early position holding, especially paired with medic - Scales poorly, damage to the turrets drops down quickly, so your damage is entirely reliant on your gun damage later |

|---|---|---|
![]() Survivor (Common) | Barricade (Common) Placeable wired barricade. Blocks zombie pathing and absorbs damage Auto Turret (Rare) Placeable turret. Automatically targets and shoots nearby zombies Landmine (Uncommon) Placeable explosive trap. Detonates when zombies step on it, dealing area damage | + Starter, costs nothing + Can work ok with a medic, but it will not scale as well as other defensive classes - Horrible scaling |
D-Tier
| Class Name | Abilities | Pros & Cons |
|---|---|---|
![]() Ninja (Rare) | Cloak (Rare) Instant use. Turn invisible and gain a speed boost. Zombies ignore you for that duration Blade Fury (Epic) Instant use. Spin with blades dealing periodic damage to all nearby zombies Shuriken (Rare) Instant use. Throws shurikens at nearby zombies, dealing damage on arrival | + Interesting playstyle - Has to be melee to take full advantage of abilities, which later on is quite risky - Nothing special compared to the rest of the classes, and has no synergies - Plain weaker than the other pure damage dealers |
Survive Zombie Arena FAQ
I have good and bad news! The good news is that there is no option to spend Robux to get a class. However, you have to farm quite a lot to earn enough in game currency to get one of the better ones.
If you don't have anyone available to join you, the best classes to play solo would be either the Necromancer or the Demolitionist.
You can either buy weapons using Robux or by spending in-game currency.
There are three ways to increase the number of points in Survive Zombie Arena: by playing the Hardcore Mode, by grouping up with other players for more waves and a faster clear, or by purchasing the Battle Pass.
If this Tier List piqued your interest and you're starting the challenge of collecting enough in-game credits to get the Class of your dreams, here are some Survive Zombie Arena Codes to help you on the way.
