You can find several Detective Board items in The Museum level of Sifu. Below is a list of the items and how to get them.
Where to find all collectibles in The Museum
Museum Map
In-Game Description: The place is like a maze, but if I get it right, I just need to get to the top floor to face Kuroki.
You can find this early in the level. You can find the information booth just beside the staircase on the right after defeating the first two guards.
Elevator
In-Game Description: I need a key to use this elevator.
You can interact with any elevator to get this interaction. Once you have a key, the elevators become a shortcut.
Exhibition: Identity
In-Game Description: Embark on a journey with artists who want to express, explore, and question the concept of identity and what it means to them in today's ever-changing world.
Grab the flyer from the table on the right as you enter the exhibit on the first floor.
Exhibition: Cycle
In-Game Description: Go on a deep and thoughtful visit through The Cycle, to seek and embrace your own patterns in these works of art.
You can pick up the flyer from the table on your right as you enter the exhibit on the second floor.
Stairs Access
In-Game Description: Doors to the stairs are locked.
Before entering the art exhibit, make your way to the restrooms, which are on the third floor. There are locked doors that need to be opened to become shortcuts for later runs.
Sean's Army
In-Game Description: I've encountered several disciples from Sean's school here. They still help each other, surely because Yang asks them to do so.
Located on the second floor, you can't miss them. In the exhibit, you'll find Sean's army inside a room with multiple colored lightbulbs.
Exhibition: Twins
In-Game Description: Twins captures the fascinating similarities of identical twins. But just as engaging are the subtle differences between each pair, confirming each twin's individuality.
Take the flyer from the table on the right as you enter the exhibit on the third floor.
Museum Keycard
In-Game Description: It opens the doors to the stairs in the atrium.
The mini-boss in the room with the two statues will stop you on your way to the top of the museum. By defeating him, you gain access to the museum.
Artist Residence Door
In-Game Description: The door has an old lock.
Be sure to go all the way to the right before entering the exhibit on the museum's top floor. In between two locked doors is the Artist Residence.
Family Photo
In-Game Description: Kuroki had a twin. Must be why she is so obsessed with her own image. Something terrible seems to have happened to her at some point in her life.
Accessed through the Artist Residence door, but you must first obtain the Artist's Key from The Tower. As soon as you have the key, return to The Museum and take the stairs. You can find the Artist Residence Door by going all the way to the top floor and taking the left turn. Simply open it and enter. Near the massive painting, you will find the Family Photo on the interlevel.

Temporary Exhibition
In-Game Description: Visit the latest exhibition from Kuroki, a vivid and intense voyage throughout the psyche.
The flyer for the exhibit can be found at the desk against the glass on the top floor of the museum before you enter the exhibit.
Club Code
In-Game Description: I found this on one of Sean's disciples. There is a code written on the back of it.
You can go to the third floor after you have obtained the museum keycard. Use the keycard to take the door on the right instead of the left. Then you'll find a woman examining a mask in the exhibition. You can approach her to begin the fight. If you defeat her, you'll receive the club code. This will allow you to access that code door at The Club.

Strange Mask
In-Game Description: This mask seems to be mocking me.
Interact with the green mask against the wall after you defeat the woman.
Elevator Key
In-Game Description: The elevator key.
After you defeat the twins at the top floor's final exhibit, it can be acquired.
