Fastest way to bring up multiplier in Sifu

Increase that multiplier!

With Sifu, a high score unlocks statue upgrades and gives the player the trophy Ferocity, speed, strength, accuracy. Fortunately, there is a very easy way to do this in the controls that Sifu never explicitly mentions to the player.

In Sifu, your score multiplier will increase when you taunt (right arrow on PS4/PS5, and 3 on PC). You can abuse this button to have the multiplier at 5x before every fight. Whenever you lose it, just vault over an object and keep taunting until it appears again.

Always taunt before fights, or when you're safe, otherwise you'll lose even more of the multiplier score. You shouldn't taunt before a stealth kill because taunting before a stealth kill will increase your score considerably, and you can end up beating up enemies without a fight.

Utilize the vaulting ability to deal with mini-bosses and enemies with the golden aura. You'll lose your multiplier if you take a long time to hit an opponent, but it's the harder enemies that will kill you. Be sure to take out their subordinates before they strike you down.
