If your Sims 4 game will not launch at all from the EA App, you have a problem on your hands. It could be a variety of things and will require some testing to figure out. Check for any of these problems:

  • Repair your game files under the Manage tab.
  • Check for any updates for Sims 4 via the EA App.
  • Check to make sure you don't have any broken mods on your computer.
  • Update any necessary drivers on your PC.
  • Reboot your PC.

Why is The Sims 4 taking forever to load?

There are a handful of reasons why The Sims 4 may take way too long to load. To remedy the solution, you may have to do some troubleshooting to determine the root cause.
