To get Acacia in Skull and Bones, you have to open your map and look for icons that have Acacia in them. Once you find these icons, head over there and use your saw to cut them to get yourself some Acacia. These locations will respawn Acacia over time, so you don't have to worry about running out of Acacia.
How to get Acacia during the start of the game
You need Acacia to craft your first boat, so it can be tricky to get it since you can't go exploring the world with your broken starting boat. Luckily, there is one location on the northern part of the starting island where you can harvest some Acacia. Take your boat and go towards the small river where you will find the Acacia trees to harvest.
How to harvest Acacia in Skull and Bones
You will need to get a saw from the Carpenter, who also crafts you the Crowbar and other tools, on the starting island to be able to cut Acacia. If you don't have it, you will not get the prompt to harvest Acacia, so head over to the Carpenter's location and ask him to craft you a saw before heading over to get Acacia.
