In Skull and Bones, you have an item category called "commodities," which are neither crafting materials nor consumables, as they are items only for selling. To find places where you have good prices for items, you have to open your map and zoom out. After that, hover your mouse over various areas to get a list of items that are in excess amount or in high demand.
