What Is New in the Soulmask DLC?
For starters, the most important thing you're getting is a new Golden Legend Mask. Here are all of the mask abilities that you can look forward to in the game:
- Divine Eye - allow you to see in the distance, Legolas and his elf eyes style, Distance +30
- Heaven's Watch - increases your movement speed by 10%
- Spirit Sight - reveal target's future talents. You'll also be able to discern other information, like the quality, titles and proficiencies of barbarians.
What Is the Automation Update
With the DLC, the world of Soulmask have entered a new era of automation. The thing I'm most excited about is the Power Ropeway technology. This allows you to travel long distances fast which is so important in a sandbox game like this one. Not only that, this tech will also allow you to transfer items and resources.
Another useful tool that the new age of technology brings is the Power Mine. Let the mine extract ore for you automatically (of course) while you do something else and explore other corners of the world.
You can be even more hands off with the Planning Mode. Try out different builds until you like something, then have your tribe members build it for you. Finally, you'll find the Weapon and Gear Rack that allows you to quickly select equipment for your tribe members.
