How to unlock Nyanlathotep in Sucker for Love: First Date

Sucker for Love: First Date allows one to live out their darkest desires, namely dating Eldritch horrors. While dating Ln'eth and Estir are fairly straightforward, there is a third entity to seduce. However, unlocking this hidden beauty and the third chapter will require a bit of work. But it's all worth it for love, yes?
