System Shock Remake – Access Card Locations guide

Gain access to every locked room!

In System Shock, you will find different types of Access Cards that unlock specific doors and reveal hidden areas. These Access Cards come in various colors and can be located at varying levels of the Citadel. These Access Cards are essential as you won't be able to explore any area entirely without them. Here are all the Access Cards and their specific locations in System Shock.

Personal-1 Access Card (Per-1)

The Personal-1 Access Card is Pink colored, and it is located inside Doctor Nathan D'arcy's room at the Central Hub in Medical Bay on Level 1. You will also find a brand new TB-05 Sparqbeam Sidearm in this room, along with several other items that can be vaporized to obtain scraps.

Standard Access Card

The Standard Access Card is Red-colored and located in the starting area. Just after exiting the Neurosurgery Room, open the hatch on the left-hand side, and you'll find a briefcase on top of two containers. Open the briefcase to collect the Standard Access Card.

Group 1 Access Card (GP1)

The Group 1 Access Card is Blue-colored and is located in the Gamma Quadrant in the Medical Bay on Level 1. You will find it inside a briefcase in a small room towards the southeast side of the Gamma Quadrant.

Medical Access Card

The Medical Access Card is White-colored and located at the Delta Quadrant in the Medical Bay on Level 1. This Access Card is sitting on a shelf in the room with the Cyberspace Terminal in the Medical Bay.

Science Access Card

The Science Access Card is yellow colored, and it is located on an enemy inside the Admin Security room. The Admin Security Room is situated at Beta Quadrant in Research Level 2. Remember that you'll need to activate the power to Beta Quadrant by visiting the Desk Terminal Room in the Alpha Quadrant on Research Level 2. Library Access Card

The Library Access Card is green-colored and located in the room beside the Admin Security Room in the Beta Quadrant in Research Level 2. You can use this Access Card to enter the Library found on the same level, just across the main hall.

Engineering Access Card

The Engineering Access Card is light-blue colored and is located on a human corpse at Research Labs on Level 2. To reach this area, you must navigate through the tunnels by crouching inside the vents.

Group-3 Access Card (GP3)

The Group-3 Access Card is located under the Computer Room on a human corpse at the Gamma Quadrant in Research Labs Level 2. You need to defeat the enemies in the room and use the stairs on the right-hand side to enter the tunnel below. This is where you'll find the Group-3 Access Card.
