Before attempting to complete the With the most adverse fate in Green Acres, run off the edge of the world secret in Vampire Survivors, ensure you have completed the following prerequisites:

1. Unlock the Yellow Sign, which is essential for this quest.
2. Gain access to the Green Acres Challenge Stage. You can unlock Hyper Mode for two different stages or enter "dotgogreenacres" in the Cheat/Secret menu after acquiring the Scroll of Morbane.

Once in Green Acres, head diagonally down-left. Continue past the imaginary lines extending from the Metaglio Left and the left boundary of the Gold Ring. Shortly after crossing this point, peculiar occurrences will take place. Maintain your course at this point; the entire journey should last about a minute or two, varying with character speed.

As the world starts glitching and transforming into a surreal, trippy environment, prepare for an unusual fight. Your objective is to eliminate approximately 130 Winged Eyeballs. Upon their defeat, the world reverts to normalcy (if you can call the world of Vampire Survivors normal), and MissingNo is unlocked, offering three distinct skins for your selection if you've unlocked the Mindbender.
