There are a handful of new weapons and weapon evolutions added in the Vampire Survivors Tides of the Foscari DLC, with Flash Arrow being just one of them, evolving into Millionaire under the right conditions. Here's how to unlock Flash Arrow and evolve it into Millionaire in Vampire Survivors.

How to unlock and evolve Flash Arrow into Millionaire in Vampire Survivors Tides of the Foscari DLC

Flash Arrow is Keitha Muort's starting weapon in Tides of the Foscari. Although it is initially only tied to the character, you can unlock it for everyone else and add it to the general weapon pool by meeting a specific requirement.

How to unlock Flash Arrow in Vampire Survivors

To unlock Flash Arrow for all characters, you need to start up a run with Keitha Muort and survive for 15 minutes. Once you have, you'll receive a notification on the stage summary screen once the time is up or if you quit your run early.

How to unlock Keitha Muort in Vampire Survivors

The archer, Keitha Muort, is unlocked once you evolve Eskizzibur into Legionnaire. Eskizzibur is Maruto Cuts' starting weapon, which transforms into Legionnaire once you level it up to the max (level eight) and level Armor to the max (level five).

How to evolve Flash Arrow into Millionaire in Vampire Survivors

With Keitha Muort unlocked, start a new run with the character and grab the Clover and Bracer from either Treasure Chests or as pickups if you're on the DLC's Lake Foscari stage.

Once you have the Bracer and Clover in hand, level them both up to the max, along with Flash Arrow. Both the Bracer and Clover's maximum level is level 5, while Flash Arrow's is level 8.

Upon maxing all three weapons, open a Treasure Chest to trigger Flash Arrow's evolution into Millionaire.
