How to get all secret endings in Rogue Trader
To unlock the secret endings, you must commit to one of the three main convictions. While there are five acts in total, the third one is not very relevant in this case, as there are no major factors that affect the ending.

| 1 | Choose the Dogmatic, Ionoclast, or Heretical path. When the planet Raikad Minoris is attacked near the end of the act, choose and commit to whichever conviction path you wish until the very end. Complete the Defective Servitors quest after leaving the Starport. |
| 2 | Hack the Cogitator at the end of ACT 1: Collect Data: Before completing the main quests on the three planets, utilize the Cogitator on your ship to locate two pieces of data in Kiava Gamma and Dargonus. On Kiava Gamma, release the brakes on the transport to obtain a gear, which you will then use at the Cogitator terminal to uncover the passage and collect the data. In Dargonus, you can locate the data hidden in the Rogue Trader's private quarters by interacting with the book in the bedroom. You can repeat the puzzle as many times as you like. Once you're finished, return to the Cogitator on the ship and complete all three main quests for the planets. When asked to attend the coronation ceremony, accept the invitation and meet Nomos. You need to be kind to Nomos and not kill it. Interrogate everyone on the ship and then speak with Nomos again. |
| 4 | Visit Nomos multiple times and complete all the interactions that appear. At one point in the game, when your ship is attacked by the Techpriest, refrain from killing it and instead allow it to collaborate with Nomos. When you've interacted with Nomos enough, you will unlock The Possessed Ship quest, indicating you have done everything correctly to unlock the secret ending. |
| 5 | Unlock the location of the Epitaph, a Necron Tomb World. Once there, allow Nomos to inhabit the body of the stowaway Techpriest. Take Nomos as a companion and ensure it survives the battle against C'ton. Once C'ton Space God is defeated, you will witness the final ending. |
