Your name says a lot about you, which is true in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel as well. It is the latest entry in the digital Yu-Gi-Oh! Series and, like other entries before, features a profile name for players. This is different from your Konami ID and can be changed. However, this may leave some players wondering how to change it.
To change your profile name in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, click on the profile tab in the upper left-hand corner from the main menu. This opens your profile tab. Select the Edit button. On this screen, the Player Name is the first option. Select this, and you will be able to change your profile name. Check out Konami's video about customization below!
You will be prompted to enter a name when first starting the game, but you can change this later on. Keep in mind that profile names must be between 3 and 12 characters long, and there may be some restrictions as to what you can enter.
Profile names are a good way to identify yourself and possibly tell other players about yourself. You can make your name whatever you want as long as you follow the above guidelines, so get creative!
