Players can purchase Master Packs with Gems. Going this route may take some time as you are not guaranteed to get Red-Eyes Black Dragon and have to rely on luck. Red-Eyes Black Dragon is an ultra-rare card, so it will be difficult and time-consuming trying to pull this card from Master Packs.
The other method is to craft the Red-Eyes Black Dragon card. This is a guarantee and requires 30 CP-UR. You simply need to go to the deckbuilding tab and search for Red-Eyes Black Dragon. Once it appears, click on it and select generate.
