Videoclub Misterio is a video club formed by Nappy and Sosa in Yuppie Psycho. As you progress through the game, you will come across different VHS tapes that contain footage viewable in the Videoclub Misterio room on the 7th floor.

While it isn't essential to the end of the game for you to collect them all, these VHS tapes are necessary in order to obtain the Be Kind, Rewind achievement. It's also important to note that some of these are missable. Here is a list of how to obtain all 10 Videoclub Misterio VHS tapes.

Chrysalis

The Chrysalis VHS tape is probably the easiest to obtain. When you enter the Box Storage Room on the 7th floor, you'll have to maneuver through the mines on the floor in order to reach the southeast corner. There, you'll find the tape inside of a fallen cabinet.

Blood Trail

The Blood Trail tape is located on the 4th floor, directly south of the Photocopier where you first talk to Kate. You will have to crawl under a desk to get to a filing cabinet behind the wall that has yellow flyers taped to it. The tape is inside the cabinet.

Follow a Cat Through the Woods

The Follow a Cat Through the Woods tape is another easy one to obtain. When you get to the 8th floor, head all the way to the west of the elevator. There's a secret path between some trees that leads to a chest. The tape is inside.

From the Drain

From the Drain is one of the VHS tapes that you can't just get at any point in the game. You will need to wait until the employee that is occupying the bathroom stall on the 5th floor leaves. This will happen gradually as the game progresses. Once he's gone, you can check the toilet for the VHS tape.

The Fired VHS tape doesn't require you to go looking anywhere specific, but you do have to wait until after Hugo's Birthday Party. It will be inside of a briefcase that you'll come across on the 5th floor, to the right of the Office C entrance.

Mr. Fileto

The Office Party VHS tape is located inside of a briefcase on the 9th floor Art Gallery. You can only access the briefcase after talking with Mr. Spader to the north of the room and examining all of the paintings around the Dot Matrix exhibit in the center of the room. You'll see that the Dot Matrix exhibit opens up. A briefcase is left behind with the VHS inside.

Mom & Dad

The Mom & Dad VHS tape can only be accessed after speaking with Sintra inside of Doshi's Laboratory on the 3rd floor. This VHS tape is available in a briefcase in the underwater section toward the end of the game. It must be the last one you obtain since you cannot go back from here.
