Learn more about the best ZZZ agents so you can choose the ones that best suit your playstyle. As this is a free-to-play gacha game, you'll need a bit of luck to pull for S-tier characters. Even if you miss out on the best heroes, A-tier and B-tier will do the trick until you get more Polychromes and summon top talent.

S Tier

  • Ellen Joe - Ice damage is big in ZZZ, so investing in a powerful, cold-blooded, DPS-oriented agent like Ellen is smart.
  • Von Lycaon - It's easy to fall in love with Lycaon as he combines tank duties with stun ability. He should be your first choice if you're looking for a powerful Ice damage character.
  • Nekomiya Mana (Nekomata) - She's an excellent choice if you're looking for a glass cannon type that will annihilate enemies. She's also very agile, which is great as she can't take too many hits.
  • Soldier 11 - You won't find a better option for Fire damage than Soldier 11. Like that's not enough, she also deals Physical damage. Combine her with other fire characters and burn enemies to a crisp.
  • Zhu Yuan - This police officer has incredible Ether-based attacks that deal huge damage, especially if you use her special attack with exploding shots.

A Tier

  • Anby Demara - I'm always happy to use heroes with stun abilities, and Anby is one of the best in ZZZ.
  • Billy Kid is a very good DPS agent with Physical pierce-type damage.
  • Grace Howard -
  • Hoshimi Miyabi - As an A-rank character, she's a good option if you're looking for Ice-oriented damage but can't pull for S-tier units. While not as strong as some S-tier colleagues, she has powerful slash skills that deal Ice damage.
  • Koleda Belobog - While not as strong as other damage-oriented characters, her use of stun more than makes us for that. She combines Fire damage with a daze effect that prevents enemies from attacking.
  • Soukaku is an excellent support, perfect for an Ice-oriented team. With more Ice agents, Soukaku's special attack deals more damage.

B Tier

  • Alexandrina - Rina is an excellent agent for beginners as she has all the support abilities you need, at least initially. Having said that, her damage output could be better, and she's not very useful without strong DPS/Tank units in the team.
  • Anton Ivanov - Above average DPS with Electric damage that requires other Electric agents to show his full potential. Still, Ice is much more effective than Electric, making Anton a secondary choice.
  • Nicole Demara is a solid Ether-focused support unit specializing in crowd control and debuffs. Depending on your team's needs, she can move up in rankings, but that's the destiny of support units.
  • Lucy Montefio is a support unit ideal for Fire teams. She uses her Guard Boars to attack enemies while buffing allies. But Lucy won't be very useful if you don't have a strong DPS agent option.

C Tier

  • Ben Bigger is a fire tank that's not very useful in the current meta, where damage and speed rule the game.
  • Corin Wickes has slow attacks that are dragging down the entire team. Unless buffed in future updates, avoid it at all costs.
  • Piper Wheel - low damage makes her not as useful as other agents. Having said that, she can be useful as part of the Physical team.
