Fox Town
The Fox Town is the starting area in DIG. Here, you can find a couple of NPCs who will sell you shovels, items, and even charms for your characters. There are no specific diggable items in Fox Town, as you can find the same set of items in Fernhill Forest as well.
Fernhill Forest
The Fernhill Forest will most likely be your second place after starting your journey at Fox Town. You can easily reach this location by stepping out of Fox Town or by traveling to the area at (2182, 83, 205). This is a cold, forested area with hundreds of trees and varied terrain.

Rooftop Woodlands
You can find the Rooftop Woodlands at GPS (4038, 227, -269). This is a forest-type area that resembles Fernhill Forest, except that it features several large mushrooms that have grown unusually high due to the use of certain fertilizers.
