In the latest Steal A Brainrot Update, the developers have added a new set of attributes that can be added to your Brainrot Character as cosmetics to increase its value, along with mutations called Traits. This Guide will explain the Trait Concept, including price multipliers and methods for acquiring them within the game.
How to get a Trait in Steal A Brainrot
The Traits are cosmetic Add-Ons that can be attached to your Character during events. They stack on top of mutations and add special visual effects, such as hats, trails, and more. As mentioned earlier, they are not only visual effects but also increase the price of your item depending on the rarity of the Trait. Additionally, unlike the Mutations, the Traits can stack one on top of the other. So, essentially, a Brainrot will have a single mutation, with multiple Traits on top of it.
What are the various Traits in Steal A Brainrot?
There are currently three different types of Traits in Steal A Brainrot, and you can find details about them in the list below.
- Taco: The Taco Trait can be obtained by your Brainrots during the Taco Shower Rain Event, where the Tacos will fall from the Sky and hit your Brainrots. Any Brainrot hit with the Tacos will get a cool Taco Hat on top of the Character.
- Nyan Cat: Like the previous one, you can find Nyan Cats in the Sky, and during this time, it can provide one of your Brainrot Characters with the Nyan Cat Mutation. Once you get this mutation, you will have a Nyan Cat Logo on top of your Character.
- Asteroid: Indicative of its name, during certain times, Asteroids will fall from the Sky and hit random Brainrot Characters to get the Asteroid Trait. Any Character with the Aestroid Trait will have a purple aura around its body.
All of these Events can happen anytime on the server, and you can make them trigger by maxing out the server's luck.

Along with providing a visual enhancement, the Traits also increase the value of your item.
