You’ll need to have Scrolls on you, and then to talk to an NPC who can apply a random enchantment to your fishing rod. How to Enchant Fishing Rods
To enchant a fishing rod in Blox Fruits, you have to talk to the Dragon Talon Sage NPC. He can be found at the Tiki Outpost island in the Third Sea. Here’s how to find him:
- Go to the Tiki Outpost island.
- From the main docks, go left until you see the Sun-Kissed Warrior NPCs.
- Look to your left and you’ll see a tall tower covered in ice.
- Find the entrance door of the tower and start climbing up using the ladders inside. You will have to take four ladders to climb to the top of the tower and find the Dragon Talon Sage NPC.
If you haven’t unlocked the Third Sea yet, you can try to catch the Dragon Talon Sage NPC at Middle Town (Main World) or at the Kingdom of Rose Cafe. He sometimes spawns at these locations.
When you find the Dragon Talon Sage NPC, equip the rod you want to enchant and interact with him. Choose the Enchant dialogue, and then select the Rod option to enchant your Rod.
You will be asked to select which scroll you want to use to enchant your fishing rod. If you don’t own any scrolls, you can buy or craft them at the Dragon Talon Sage NPC.
After you select a scroll, three enchantments will apply to your rod, and you’ll also unlock one Fishing Ability and one Fishing Rod Skill. Enchanting a rod with a Legendary or Mythic Scroll can also apply a Blessing or a Curse on your Fishing Rod.
